These Terms govern use of the MW Dynasty athlete and coach experiences, training tools, sponsored-athlete access, and related services.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an MW Athlete account. Keep login credentials secure and provide accurate information used for training calculations.
MW provides educational sports-performance programming and training guidance. It is not medical care, diagnosis, physical therapy, or emergency advice. Sprinting and strength training involve risk of injury. Stop training and seek appropriate professional evaluation when you experience sharp or severe pain, neurological symptoms, major swelling, loss of function, or a change in normal walking/running mechanics.
Coach MW assists with understanding and executing MW methodology. AI responses can be imperfect and do not replace qualified medical care or the judgment of an authorized coach. Official MW program state and prescribed MW content take priority over generated suggestions.
Individual athletes and athletes sponsored through MW Sprint Performance may receive the complete MW training ecosystem. Athletes sponsored by Coach Core or Coach Intelligence receive the athlete app for their coach-assigned training, with features limited by the sponsoring coach's current plan. Coach Intelligence adds performance-intelligence features but does not grant the complete MW 41-week methodology. Full MW athletes may view program content made available by their official MW progression state, and future weeks may remain locked until progression requirements are met or an authorized coach/admin changes the athlete state.
MW training programs, written coaching content, system design, and related proprietary materials are provided for the authorized user's personal training use. You may not scrape, resell, republish, distribute, or commercially reproduce protected MW program content without permission.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another person's data, interfere with the service, or use MW systems unlawfully.
Current launch pricing is monthly. An athlete sponsored by a coach receives access through the sponsorship rather than paying a duplicate individual membership for that same access period. If a coach changes plan, the sponsored athlete's available features may change with that plan. If sponsorship ends, MW may offer the athlete a path to continue through an individual membership without creating a new account. Athletes may delete their account from Settings, and coaches may initiate deletion from their account area. Deleting an MW account does not by itself cancel an Apple-billed auto-renewable subscription; Apple subscription billing must also be managed through Apple. MW may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.
MW may update features and may experience temporary interruptions. We work to keep athlete data and core training functions reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
